Cancellation policy


When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but will be available soon.

Payment is taken at the time of purchase, and the order will be shipped once the product becomes available.

The estimated shipping date may be indicated on the product page. These dates are approximate and may be subject to change due to production, logistics, or transportation processes.


Pre-order cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before the order has been prepared for shipment.

To request the cancellation of a pre-order, the customer must contact us at:

If the order has already been prepared or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In this case, the customer may request a return in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy once the product has been received.


Refunds for cancelled pre-orders

If the cancellation is made before the order is prepared, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund may take up to 10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
