Refund policy

At Steamboat Brand, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions described below.
1. TIMEFRAME TO REQUEST A RETURN
Customers have a period of 15 days from the receipt of the order to request a return.
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receiving the product.
2. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING A RETURN
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Must not have been used.
- All original tags must be intact.
- Must be in perfect condition.
- Must be in its original packaging.
- Must not show stains, odors, wear, or damage.
- Must not have been washed or modified.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, the customer must contact us at:

The email must include:
- order number
- customer's full name
- reason for the return
Once the request has been approved, instructions for completing the return will be provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Except in cases of defective products or shipping errors, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Steamboat Brand is not responsible for returns lost during transport if the shipment does not include a tracking number.
5. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Returns will not be accepted for:
- used products
- washed or altered products
- products without original tags
- products damaged by the customer
6. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must contact us as soon as possible at:

We will evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- product replacement
- repair
- refund
7. REFUNDS
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The refund may take up to 10 business days, depending on the bank or financial institution.
8. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for another, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
9. REJECTED RETURNS
If the returned product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy, the return may be rejected and the product will be sent back to the customer.
