Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The delivery times indicated during the checkout process are estimated and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Steamboat Brand, such as logistical issues or transportation delays.


3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and will be displayed before completing the order.

The shipping cost will depend on:

  • the weight or volume of the package
  • the selected shipping method

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing the order.

Steamboat Brand is not responsible for delivery delays or problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once the order has been shipped, the customer may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it becomes available.


6. DELIVERY DELAYS

Although we work to ensure fast deliveries, Steamboat Brand is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather conditions
  • carrier delays
  • force majeure

7. UNDELIVERED ORDERS

If an order cannot be delivered due to the recipient's absence, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package at the carrier’s designated pickup point, the order may be returned to our facilities.

In these cases, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside the country of origin may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees applicable in the destination country.
